E-Mail Updates

Included in my firm’s LLC Package and only with client consent, I will add client e-mail addresses to my firm’s LLC update list. These clients will then be included on future e-mails concerning LLC operational and organizational topics, tips, and suggestions. Most of the information will come from the South Carolina Secretary of State and my monitoring of an Internet LLC discussion group (which by its own account is a group of 300 attorneys and tax professionals interested in LLCs).

The more I can get clients to think about their LLCs and especially to think about their LLCs as separate and distinct legal entities, the better service I am providing them.

The E-Mail Updates are a feature that delivers extra value and protection to the client (see Options and Choices) and is not something I used when I organized “Form” LLCs.
