Computer Diskette with Sample Documents

All the sample documents, Sample Promissory Notes, Sample Bill of Sale, Sample Annual Report, and Sample Certificate of Authority are included on a computer diskette. All the sample documents are in both Word and WordPerfect format for easy use and modification. The diskette is in the Document Case and comes with every LLC Package.

When I organized “Form” LLCs I did not include any sample documents or a computer diskette.
