Document Case

Included in the LLC Package is a document case specifically labeled for each LLC. The case contains all the LLC documents (articles of organization, certificate of good standing, LLC Operating Agreement, Attorney Letter on doing business as an LLC, Sample Promissory Notes, Sample Certificate of Authority, Sample Annual Report, Sample Bill of Sale, and Computer Diskette with all sample documents.

The document case has additional space for other LLC documents and hopefully becomes a gathering and holding place for LLC documentation.

When I organized “Form” LLCs I did not include a document case.
