Fees and Costs

I charge $425.00 for Single Member LLCs; $575.00 for husband and wife LLCs; and $750.00 for other Multi-Member LLCs (unless unusually complicated). The Secretary State charges $110.00 filing fee for all South Carolina LLCs and if the LLC is taxed as a corporation (both Single Member LLCs and Multi-Member LLCs may choose corporate taxation), the SC Department of Revenue charges an additional $25.00. My fees are basically the same now as when I organized “Form” LLCs.
