I have changed my LLC organization from filing the articles of organization and using a “Form” LLC Operating Agreement to offering an LLC Package including LLC Operating Agreements I draft myself and the items listed below (LLC Packages differ depending on whether the LLC is a Single Member LLC or a Multi-Membered LLC):

1. A Pre-Organization Questionnaire Letter;

2. LLC Articles of Organization drafted and filed;

3. LLC Operating Agreement tailored to the LLC;

4. My Attorney Letter on doing businesses as an LLC;

5. Registered Agent for Service of Process;

6. IRS Form SS-4 (Application for Employer ID number) drafted for filing;

7. Law Firm E-Mail Updates on LLC law and information;

8. Sample Promissory Notes for LLC borrowing and lending;

9. Sample Bill of Sale for transferring assets to the LLC;

10. Sample LLC “Certificate of Authority” for verifying actions of the LLC to third parties;

11. Sample LLC Annual Report;

12. Computer Diskette with all Sample Documents in Word and WordPerfect format;

13. A Document Case for these and other related LLC documents; and

14. South Carolina Initial Report of Corporation and IRS Form 8832 (if the LLC is taxed as a corporation), and IRS Form 2553 (if the LLC elects Sub-S status) - all prepared and filed by my firm or LLC owner/members depending on the form.
