Sample LLC Annual Report

Included in the LLC Package in each new LLC is a sample LLC annual report. The LLC annual report is to be filed yearly starting the year after the LLC is filed.

The sample LLC annual report is included in the Document Case and on the Computer Diskette of all sample documents.

Use of the LLC annual report will strengthen an argument against attempts to set aside LLC liability protection. Use of the LLC annual report is addressed in the Attorney Letter on doing business as an LLC.

When I organized “Form” LLCs I did not include a sample LLC annual report.
