Title of Statute Cited in LLC Operating Agreement

Rather than just giving the number citation to South Carolina statutes (example: SC Code 36-14-108), every time a statute is referred to in my LLC Operating Agreements, it is followed by the statute's name in parentheses.

My theory is, anything that helps or encourages clients to think about the law, understand the law, be less initmidated by the law, and perhaps even read the law on their own, is good for the LLC and good for business.

I did not modify the "Form" LLC Operating Agreements I once used to include the names of statutes.
